Gama System eDocs successfully installed in ELEKTRONČEK d.d.

10. June 2008

In Gama System we are pleased that among the customers of the efficient document management system Gama System eDocs there are the most advanced companies and companies with too demanding internal processes for less powerful solutions (e.g. PDM – Product Data Management support). Elektronček d.d. won the title Zlata Gazela (Golden Gazelle) in 2007 and is at the top of the Slovenian economy.

Managements of advanced companies are the most aware how many opportunities there are in transition to electronic business starting with rationalization and optimization of internal processes and communication with the environment as important factors in improving the competitiveness of the company. Enormous savings in time, space and other costs related to document management can only be achieved by implementing complete integrated solutions which have the potential to support all types of documents in the organization and support electronic communication with business partners.

Iztok Vrhovnik, business application manager in Elektronček d.d., said at this opportunity: “eDocs document management system will help us raise the document management to the next level. Electronic document management will simplify the work, improve the responsiveness and consequentially add to the success of the company. Experts from Gama System successfully helped us implementing eDocs and trained us to continue implementing electronic document management in other areas on our own.”

Marko Šobota, general manager in Gama System, added: “We are happy to have succeeded installing Gama System eDocs within the planned deadline and with the planned number of consulting days. An important part in this was successful cooperation with the customer’s project managers. Along with our own implementation model and good knowledge of the software this makes effective implementation possible almost without any risks regarding the achievement of the goals.”
